Job description

As a Field Automation Expert, you’ll be the key person bringing our robotic systems to life at customer sites. You will install, test, and optimize our CNC automation solutions, ensuring our customers can operate them confidently, safely, and efficiently.

This position involves hands‑on work in the field, close collaboration with clients and suppliers, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-growing high-tech environment.

Profile

  • You hold a bachelor degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field, or you bring equivalent technical experience.
  • You’re willing to travel across the United States and occasionally to Canada (typically during the week; home on weekends).
  • You work in a structured, precise, and customer‑focused manner.
  • You excel in communication, both with customers and internal teams, and you can analyze technical information effectively.
  • You possess strong technical skills, knowledge inelectrical systems, PLC programming, and CNC machinery is a positive add-on.
  • You are solution‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • You speak and write fluent English.
  • You enjoy working with people from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
  • You hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and commission robotic automation cells on both new and existing CNC machines at customer sites across the U.S. and occasionally Canada.
  • Provide on‑site user training and deliver remote or in‑person technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with machine tool builders, CNC integrators, and suppliers to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Prepare detailed installation and commissioning reports.
  • Participate, after your training period, in a rotation support system offering direct field support across North America.
